Turn the item inside out when possible and follow the garment’s care label. Wash with similar colors using mild detergent, then tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid bleach, high heat and ironing directly over either the print or embroidery.

Printing does not require a digitizing fee. Embroidery does require a one-time digitizing fee the first time a new logo is converted into an embroidery stitch file. You pay that setup fee once for the same logo, and Do It Customs keeps the embroidery file on record for future embroidery orders. A substantially changed logo or a special new embroidery size may require a new file.
