Your unchanged logo stays on file, so you will not pay that fee again on future embroidery orders. Printing does not require this fee; a substantially revised logo may need new digitizing.
What logo file should the school provide?
A high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF or vector file with accurate colors and wording is recommended. Provide the official approved version whenever possible.
