First-Time Embroidery & Digitizing

If your logo has never been embroidered by Do It Customs before, it may require a one-time embroidery setup called digitizing.

Digitizing converts your logo into a specialized embroidery file that tells our embroidery equipment how to stitch your design.

A digitizing fee may apply the first time your logo is prepared.

Once your logo has been digitized, we keep the embroidery file on record, so you generally will not need to pay the same digitizing fee again on future orders using that unchanged logo.

Proof Approval Before Production

For custom work requiring a proof, we’ll provide an opportunity to review your design before production begins.
