If you choose embroidery and your logo is new to Do It Customs, a one-time digitizing fee converts the artwork into a machine-ready stitch file. Your unchanged logo stays on file, so you will not pay that fee again on future embroidery orders. Printing does not require this fee; a substantially revised logo may need new digitizing.
Follow the garment label, wash printed items inside out when possible and avoid harsh bleach or excessive heat to help protect the design.
